You can see Ned Kelly's armour or a medieval manuscript in our permanent exhibitions, join in school holiday activities, attend a free guided tour, watch a film, listen to music or sit in on storytime.

They also have chess, a range of games consoles and a Play Pod for younger children to enjoy. In the Play Pod you can make and decorate a Ned Kelly helmet, pick from a huge selection of children's stories, and enjoy our interactive 'Elicit' display. Or, you can use computers to explore our recommended websites for children, edit your pictures, or just surf the internet.

They've even thought about a parents room which is located on the ground floor, next to the women's toilets (just past the lifts).

It is private and quiet and includes a change table, sink, comfortable chair and power points.
