Located right next to the MCG, Yarra Park is bound by Punt Road Oval, Brunton Ave and Wellington Parade. Early Eve at Yarra Park brings together all the exciting parts of celebrating the new year without the late night out. Families can enjoy free stage entertainment, films, games and a spectacular fireworks display at 9.30pm. All entertainment is duplicated in two distinct zones across the site to assist with large crowds.
Please note carnival games incur a fee.

Footscray Park will come alive for New Years Eve 2017 with a fantastic line-up of stage entertainment, magnificent fireworks, carnival rides & games and a delicious offering of food trucks to ring in the new year.
Fireworks spectacle starts at 9.30pm. All the excitement without the late night!

See Melbourne’s musical stars align on New Year’s Eve 2016 as Fed Square presents a concert featuring some of the very best talent the city has to offer.
Combining a powerhouse live show of music and entertainment and a great spot to watch the city fireworks, Fed Square’s free New Year’s Eve celebration will be a party to remember.
A free public fireworks display at midnight on the Geelong Waterfront will celebrate the start of 2017 and say goodbye to 2016.
Bring in 2017 on the Waterfront as Geelong hosts earlier fireworks display at dusk for kids and families at 9.30pm.
