I'm a Mum. I wake early. I'm always on the go....and sometimes, I skip breakfast (apart from my morning coffee fix)! As much as we try to be organised there are lunches/snacks to be made, bags to be packed, hair to be wrangled with, little teeth to be brushed, shoelaces to be tied, washing to be hung and so on and so on.... Sometimes there are meltdowns. Ooh, and of course, breakfast, only the most important meal of the day!

As Mums we make sure our kids have had the right start to the day but when it comes to us, we tend to fall somewhere down the bottom of that list.
