Fit Mums N Bubs combines gym membership, crèche, personal training and nutrition at a time where you need it the most. We make fitness fun for mums; getting fit is easier if you enjoy it! We focus on post natal needs such as core stability and pelvic floor re-activation, as well as cardiovascular and resistance training exercises to work all the major muscle groups, increasing your strength and general fitness level.
Initially the goal is often to get back in shape, however you will quickly notice as you get stronger simple daily activities become easier. Your body will be less prone to injury and as you increase your muscle you burn more calories making it easier to burn that 'yucky' fat. On top of all of this, you'll make friends with other mums who are probably having the same troubles and triumphs that you are.
At Fit Mums N Bubs you will:
