This vast park is great for walkers or if you've got a runner, even better! The kids will love running a muck here, building some forts, navigating small bridges, kicking a ball and enjoying a picnic. It's a fantastic space for freedom and being a former golf course you may, like us, find the odd golf ball! Great to play spot the golf ball with the kids. Bring the family dog too. They're welcome on a leash. Lots of digging to be done here!
With Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom sweeping the box office it's any wonder dinosaur themed events are popping up all over Melbourne! If you have a child that loves dinosaurs or you would like to introduce them to these pre-historic creatures, here's a few ideas to spark their imagination!
If this is your local park, lucky you, if not, you'd better prepare the car, you're going on an adventure! When you've got three happy kids who are quite content for a good few hours, you know you've hit the jackpot. This is the sort of place you can easily spend half a day. Walk your dog around the lake, enjoy a picnic or BBQ, play a game of cricket or throw a frisbee and watch the kids play for some time. OOh on occassions there's a coffee van too!
