Cloudehill nursery  gardens Olinda VictoriaIt’s January...the sun shines on most days and everything looks promising and alive. Family and friends want to spend time together during the summer holidays, and day outings are inevitable! On this particular occasion, we were pondering where to go...after all, it wasn’t that long ago when we had just visited the zoo, the museum, the farm, the beach etc. That’s when we realised we should pay Cloudehill Nursery & Gardens a visit. We have heard it is a gorgeous place with a wonderful restaurant/cafe and a nursery...we simply had to see it for ourselves.

Wilsons-PromontoryYou might have been to Wilson’s Promontory as a kid, and it’s likely you have great memories of those trips. But it’s possible that the magical feeling of The Prom has escaped you.

That magic is indefinable: it could be the beaches, so white and pure and squeaky. It might be the animals, as you’re sure to see heaps of kangaroos, wombats, emus and wallabies around here. Or it could be the bush, with its colours and invitations to walk through on the many tracks available.

Whatever it is, pack up for the weekend and head down to Wilson’s Prom for a fantastic family weekend.
