Art & Craft Kids Activities Melbourne
Toot, honk, yay, honk, rattle and beep beep. Those are some of the sounds you are likely to hear when you visit the Camelot Traffic School in Bentleigh East. A micro city set-up with a little message the kids can take away - learning the road rules in a safe environment. This institution has been here since 1979 - that's a lot of little cruisers and happy little vegemites through the gates!
This educational realistic pint sized course is set up so can take your bike or scooter around and follow the paths as a bike/scooter rider with lots of stop signs, pedestrian crossings, traffic lights that change colour, railway crossing with bells and even a lollypop supervisor (okay, this job is yours Mum or Dad)!
All you need to bring is your bike or scooter, helmet, knee pads if you've got them and a drink and lunch/snack. There's some shade and seats to enjoy a picnic at any given time and for $10 you can't beat this super little activity!
- there's plenty of free parking at King George VI Memorial Reserve off East Boundary Road (right next to a playground)!
- bring your bike, helmet, snack and drink
- the Camelot traffic school is available for parties and educational programs
