If you've ever considered trying your hand at fishing (with kids) but didn't know where to begin or the ins and outs of casting a line then Rhyll Trout Farm has you and the family covered for a day of fishing and eating your own catch! This is one half day adventure you could get hooked on.

 

Start your fishing adventure in the outdoor pond and if the trout aren't budging there's plenty of bites just waiting for your line in the huge indoor pond. And the the big bonus of indoor fishing if you have little ones? A fully fenced sand play kids area! You're guaranteed a catch here and staff are on hand to give you a hand.

Apart from the fishing you can wander the bush tucker trail and there's some chickens hanging about.

Now that you've caught your trout, you're going to want to eat your catch. There's several ways to have your fish served - you can choose to have it cooked on site in the farmhouse restaurant or diy on the bbq or you may want to take it home with you but you'll miss out on the perfectly cooked trout with chips and salad. So good!
