What in the world should we do today? Bet you've heard that before!
Traveling as a family definitely has its complications, but nothing is as sure to build family memories as the trips you take together. From dense bushland to windswept beaches, Mornington Peninsula is a great add-on to a seaside holiday. And there's no shortage of lookouts marking the best views. If it's food you're after and it's time to fuel up, we've covered 'Eats...or Treats' as well including our very much loved Montalto Vineyard (We're regulars!).
WHERE TO HEAD
Winter flowering Hellebores (Winter Rose), Camellias, and Rhododendrons add a splash of crimson and pink to the gardens with some Bluebelles thrown in and you've got a beautiful setting under the old woodland trees. Combine this with Australia's oldest and most famous traditional Hedge Maze and you're all set for a magical family day out of the City.
The Enchanted Maze will unveil a Giant Snowdome to celebrate the start of our Winter holiday program. Filled with thousands of white foam snow balls, the over-sized dome can be seen outside the entrance to the Maze and makes great winter display. Inside the park, there's an exciting list of indoor and outdoor activities. Rug up and take a ride on one of four 150m long Tube Slides or warm the hearts with shop-made buttery fudge from the winter-themed Amazing Lolly Shop. Escape the chill with the eerie, indoor 3D Maze complete with 3D glasses and wild UV-spray paint or take cover under 3 winter picnic marquees.
Boneo Maze & Mini Golf is an outstanding entertainment and eco-tourism complex situation on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria Australia. It is a ten year dream, built entirely by the owners Rod and Zelma Wright and family, designed to give all who visit an environmental experience and a lot of pleasant memories to take away.
Our garden is the showpiece of the complex and is completely fenced to enable families to enjoy family picnics, and play a variety of games, which include chess, draughts, snakes and ladders, noughts and crosses, connect four and many other lawn games.
And we don't expect you to go totally wild; there are lots of picnic tables and a pretty little tearoom serving Devonshire tea and great coffee.

The Baths is a totally relaxed restaurant located on the beach in Sorrento with breathtaking views stretching across Port Phillip Bay. Cosy in near the wood fire in Winter or you can takeaway from the Fish and Chippery (perfect for eating it on the beach on a cool Summer's evening). There's a kids menu on offer, it's pretty relaxed and there's a brilliant view of Port Phillip Bay.
The Piazza and Garden Café offers a casual, al fresco dining experience.
